How do yew recruit gang members on Vice City Stories for the PSP?
when you take over the bussineses they become your members, then you go up to them and press up.
Reply:To recruit them, lock on to them and then press up on the d-pad. Same as in San Andreas.
Reply:you can only recruit them outside, and only if you have your fists equipped. then lock on and press up
