Yes you can listen to it, but as others have said, not while the "fasten seatbelts sign" is on.
"They" will not put it through the customs check. Customs controls on a flight to Dublin are in Dublin Airport. As you are travelling from another EU country (assumption on my part) you should exit via the blue channel. Customs cannot stop you in the blue channel, other than to ascertain your right to be there, unless they have prior information/intelligence that you are involved in drug smuggling or terrorist activity.
The security check at your airport of departure may ask you to prove that it works.

I don't think the ground is too wet. In the past when I had a problem with yews (at other houses) it turned out to be some kind of insect. I don't see any spider webs on it so I think a spider mite is not the problem. I used to spray it with something but can't remember what it was. Does anyone have any ideas. Thanks

If you recently planted your yew and you are certain that the yellowing leaves aren't due to overwatering, you might just want to check the depth at which it was planted. If it was buried just slightly too deep, you could be drowning it even with normal amounts of water. If that is the case, then dig it up and replant at a shallower depth. I have seen things bounce back within 7-10 days when just dug up an inch or so. It may be that the one spot beside your garage holds more water than normal. Just check it out. Good Luck!

Cut the nail down as far as you can without cuting your own nails and then soak you hands in hot water with dish soap until your own natural nails soften and the fake nail will loosen. After you have soaked for a while lift at one corner and gradually work the nail off, if it doesn't seem like it is lifting then soak your hands longer until the fake nail is able to be lifted off your own nail. Good luck and remember this takes time but it does work.

So...instead...I cut them down with a clipper, and let them grow out a little more each week, cutting them down again...until after about 5 weeks they were gonzo. Works like a charm! And no pain either! :-)
So...If you can deal with seeing ugly nails as the fake ones grow out (for the next five weeks or so), you'll be really happy that you did it the way I suggest in my posting, cuz you'll never experience any pain and your real nails will be in great shape.:-)
P.S. I loved doing it this way the best, cuz one time I had the salon do it, and they dipped my nails in acetone and ripped them off with pliers. That REALLLY hurt. It also ripped off like two freakin' layers of nail which was really ugly!!!

I think you are barking up the wrong tree. It's only fir to say that I don't wear trunks, they make my legs look like twigs. I'm knot going on holiday either which is a bit of a birch. However I wont willow on that as I intend to get a deep mahogany tan with my tall boy.

I have two densiformia yews that are encroaching on the walkway to the entrance to our front door. My wife is after me to trim them back so there is adequate clearance. In order to do that I need to cut back to the bare wood. I have a concern if I do that, foilage won't grow on the wooden stems. I do seem to remember seeing yews cut back severely like that and new growth did appear from the bare wood. Is that the case with yews in general?

He also remarked that Lee is 'an increasingly self-righteous know-all', surrounded by 'department store dummies'. In response to these remarks, Lee sued Devan Nair in a Canadian court and Nair countersued.[6] Lee then brought a motion to have Nair's counterclaim thrown out of court. Lee argued that Nair's counterclaim disclosed no reasonable cause of action and constituted an inflammatory attack on the integrity of the government of Singapore. They are very resilient plants %26amp; you can trim them whenever you like. For a nice flush of new growth covering the plant, do it in early sping. To clean it up, cause it grows all summer, trim in the summer. However try to avoid doing it when temps are over 80 to avoid stress that can cause some browning. It's just cosmetic %26amp; the plant will be fine if it happens, it just doesn't look good for a while.

The whole point of the friends with benefits is to not have any emotional ties. And honestly, he may not value you as a prospective girlfriend. Just someone who he can have complete unemotional physical relationship with.
My suggestion is to end it on your terms. Because when it ends (and it will) it would be him digging another girl, and you'll still be hung up on him.

I need to prune an old yew. If I cut it enough to clear the driveway, it will remove most of the green. How?
The yew is old and pretty bare inside but we must cut it away from the driveway. Someone suggested thinning it out inside too so it gets more sun. It really needs to be about 2/3 the size it is now. It is 8-10 feet high now and I would be fine with it being about 6 ft. I hope to save it. How should I proceed? Thanks for your help.

Yew is amazing. It can grow back however hard you cut it, unlike leylandii and other firs. We regularly cut each side of our yew hedges which are old and 12 foot high. We usually do this this in July/ August (inUK). Apply fertiliser to the root area afterwards.
It can take over a year to re-grow, so prepare yourself to see brown for a long while...but it is worth it and the plant benefits in the long term.

Which is more profitiable/better alching yew longs or cutting mage logs in runescape?
My original plan was to make evrything myself to alch yew longs but now my wcing levl is 75, should i cut mage logs and sell them? which is more proftitable? thanks much x

I think he has lost a lot of credibilty with the world of politics in alienating many key leaders of the world and condemning US policies and also used to run a corrupt govt. the anwar affair too made him lose his credibility. LKY on the other hand, needless to say, is tops with all world leaders, supporting the war against terrorism, paving trade inroads with many developed countries, investing in many developing nations, not dabbling into other people's problems.

Yes, hot rollers, most likely, although you could also use velcro rollers. Hot rollers--dry, velcro--wet or dry. I would use a blow dryer til my hair was just about dry, put in large velcro rollers, and leave them in for as long as I could, maybe even blasting my head with the dryer. Take out the rollers carefully, and let the curls cool, then either comb through with a wide tooth comb, or just run my fingers through. Too much combing will remove the curl. Pretty styles, good luck.

You don't say what you intend to use the Ebony for but, if it`s for making furniture it will be almost impossible to find a timber merchant that stocks it. Even if you found some you would need to take out a mortgage to be able to afford it. As far as Yew is concerned, it is available but again, very expensive due to the way the trees grow. I planned to make a TV cabinet out of Yew a number of years ago and took my cutting list to my timber merchant . He took me to the store and showed me boards of Yew.It is full of holes, twists etc. As a result it is usually used as a veneer over ply. He advised me to use Cherry instead assuring me when it had been stained, polished and aged I wouldn't tell the difference. He was right.

Why are there cocoons on my yew shrubs?
i have six yew shrubs, two of which are not doing so well. there are cocoon-like things hanging down from the plant. the cocoon seems to be made out of the dead yew leaves. we've also found these hanging from our brick wall on our house. they're connected to the brick by some tough thread-like tissue. there are little larvae inside the cocoons. what is this, and what can i do to get rid of them?

My dog keeps eating the berries of my yew tree, could this kill her.?
I know the yew tree and its seed inside the berry is harmful but i cant stop her eating any that have dropped before i can pick them up.

If you go to this website it will list the common plants/trees that are hazardous to pets. The Yew tree is the last one listed. I would call my vet, explain that it says it is hazardous, and ask if it could kill your pet.

Reply:All parts of the Yew tree are toxic and very dangerous to humans especially children. I would be surprised if your dog did not become ill, but animals do seem to withstand many of these poisons. I would try to deter her from this habit!

To stop her from eating the berries, fill up an old drinks can half full of gravel and tape the end up. When she goes near the berries, drop the can in front of her, or shake it near her. The sound will distract her, and she will link that nasty loud sound with the berries, and should with time stop her from doing it.
I use the shaky can method for all many of dog training.

Make sure you have them all cleared up before you let her out. Birds can eat yew but don't be fooled into thinking that just because one animal can eat something its safe!

well if you try solving using graphs you need a graphing calculator. Theres one you can download for you computer just google it. You can hand draw it but thats a pain in the butt or you can just make a table and plug in all the values until y = 0

Where can I get a piece of FRESH yew?
I'm looking for a piece of yew (tree) big enough to make a long bow from (4inches in diameter and 7ft long). But the wood has to be fresh (just cut). Any ideas on where I could get some? (Obviously not just 'in a forest' because that's illegal!).

A lot of old churches have them in the graveyards, I think they were supposed to keep evil away? Anyway, perhaps you could ask the wardens/vicar etc if they have one that needs a bit of pruning, then you could take a nice bit away with you, and do something good for the tree at the same time!

if you have a high fishing lvl, about 60+, lobs get kinda fast, or a high wc lvl, like 80+, yews are a little faster, but they are always overcrowded, so if you have 60+ fishing I would say lobs in catherby if you are p2p or air running if you are f2p
