Which is more profitiable/better alching yew longs or cutting mage logs in runescape?

My original plan was to make evrything myself to alch yew longs but now my wcing levl is 75, should i cut mage logs and sell them? which is more proftitable? thanks much x

I would have to say mage logs because they are way easier to make money with. Alching requires a high level of magic and natures, and then you have to buy the yews to alch and take a really long time to make up for the money you lost. So yeah stick with mage logs they are they easiest way to make money. (Unless you can catch sharks : )
Reply:cut mage mage logs they never go below 1k on the grand exchange once you get over 20m you can buy all the materials for every other skill cause its quicker than workin lol ;-) (spoc77)
Reply:yew longs they are better for WC mage and other things and they give way better money than waiting
Reply:I am a level 99 fletching - I fletched yews all the way through to 99 because the magics take soo long to cut. Now magics are more profitable but it will take you forever to level up but yews go pretty fast.
Reply:Stick with yews you will make more gold per hour then with magic





If you want to lv wc faster though teak or mahogany would lv you faster but you cant make gold of them
