ok i was on yahoo talking with my friend dion and then my lap top just went to this big white screen. I can't get it off i even pressed power and took out the battery source. im really pissed how do i fix it?
Ok, i was on my lap top and it when blank and it always is on even when yew close the lid HELP!?
turn it off. if it will turn off, unplue it, remove the battery pack then put the battery pack back in trun it on ,then trun it off
Reply:Press and hold the power button, that should turn it off. Restart and see if that fixes the problem.
